Yes, with every order, you will receive free samples from the Rephase product line.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for Italy is €5.00, free for orders over €99.
How many days will it take to receive my order and how can I track the shipment?
Your order will be handed over to the GLS courier in Italy and BRT in Europe within 2 business days from the order date. At that point, we will send you an email with tracking information.
When will deliveries be made?
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
What happens if I am not home on the delivery day?
In that case, you will receive a notice from the courier with information on how to proceed with picking up your order.
